FAQ DURING THE ORDER

We must receive information about changes to the order before we start the photography.

If we do not receive information about changes to the order before we have started it, we will in principle charge the original order total as stated in the booking.

When can I expect pictures?

We will need 1-3 working days, starting from receiving products for delivery of pictures (excluding weekends and holidays).

When can I pick up products again?

The products can be picked up once we have finished the photography.
However, we always recommend that we keep them until the images are finally approved.
